Braided Cinnabun

Even though it's only the 16th, we're wearing green today
for school.  Since our school colours are green and gold,
it's pretty easy.  Using 2 Lady Idun hairsticks in a
braided cinnabun.
1st, make a ponytail.  I like to put it pretty high on the head,
there's alot of hair to put up, so a high pony keeps the hair
out of her way.
Next, braid the ponytail.  Finish it off with a small "rubber band"
so it won't be visible in the bun.
This is my favourite part!!! Wrap the braid around the ponytail
making a cinnabun...around and around and around....
When inserting a hairstick slide the stick through some hair on the
outside of the bun aiming away from the bun.  Grab hair on the
"outside" then angle the stick back in, run it through the bun
and out the other side.  I put a 2nd hairstick in the other side
making an X.  Today is gym class at school and we
want it to stay in.
The finished bun: A braided cinnabun
You can see the 2nd stick.
(Crazy what colours my camera turns her hair,
I think we have 4 different colours here.)

The nailpolish held up yesterday, no chipping and just a bit
of tip wear for an active girl.
